Use content you have rights to

Only submit prompts, images, brands, likenesses, and creative material you have the legal right and appropriate consent to use. Generated outputs can contain mistakes or unexpected similarities and must be reviewed before publication.

Allowed with care

Lawful product photography, landscapes, architecture, illustrations, adult portraits, lighting studies, editorial concepts, and other creative work are allowed when they respect rights, consent, and applicable law.

Not allowed

Do not create sexualized minors or ambiguous-age subjects, non-consensual intimate content, deceptive impersonation, abusive deepfakes, harassment, fraud, illegal goods or services, malware, extremist recruitment, or material that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, or trademark rights.

Enforcement

Prompts may be checked automatically before generation. A blocked request does not consume a credit. For a blocked request, PromptPixLab records a keyed prompt digest, a keyed workspace digest, the policy category, and time—not the rejected prompt text—in its safety audit log.

We may block requests, reverse access, preserve evidence required for abuse review, or suspend accounts that violate this policy. Repeated attempts to evade controls may result in permanent termination.

Independent product boundary

PromptPixLab does not provide RSP presets, templates, downloads, QR codes, project files, screenshots, logos, or official assets and is not affiliated with RSP Editing.
